When will my order be shipped?

In most cases, purchases will be shipped within 5 days; however, due to the handmade nature of many of our products some orders may take longer. All items in your order will be shipped at the same time. You will be contacted via email if any items ordered are out of stock and will take longer to ship. 

What are your shipping rates?

For purchases under $20 the shipping is $5.00. For purchases between $20 and $50 the shipping is $6.50. Purchases over $75 receive free shipping! 

Can I ship my gift directly to the recipient?

Yes, during the checkout process you will have the option to enter one shipping address. This address can be different from the billing address. If you would like to include a personal greeting you may email your greeting to orders@saucycreations.com. When billing and shipping addresses differ and no personal message has been provided, we will send an email to the buyer asking if a personal message is desired. If a greeting has not been supplied by the time of shipping, the packing slip will simply state “Purchased by.” Purchase amounts are not disclosed on the packing slips.

Do you accept returns?

Unused items with original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Your purchase price plus any applicable sales tax will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
